I secure a new Ubuntu VPS and install the self-hosted apps you choose. You own the server, the accounts, and every key.
Flat $49, paid after delivery. Most setups are ready within 24 hours. Your VPS provider charges about $5/month separately.
What is included
- Server hardening: SSH keys, password login disabled, UFW, Fail2ban, and automatic security updates.
- Web stack: Docker, Nginx Proxy Manager, and free Let's Encrypt SSL.
- Your apps: WireGuard or OpenVPN, Vaultwarden, n8n, and Nextcloud.
- Backups and handover: tested services plus a short document with URLs, credentials, backup commands, and update commands.
- Domain setup: use your own domain or a free DuckDNS subdomain.
Price and scope
$49 one time covers one fresh personal, family, small-team, or home-lab VPS. Pick one app or the full listed stack; the setup price stays the same.
The VPS itself costs about $5/month, paid directly to the provider. Custom apps such as Immich, Gitea, or Jellyfin are quoted separately.
This service does not include migrations, ongoing maintenance, production SaaS, or compliance work such as HIPAA, PCI, or SOC 2.
How it works
- Send the short request below.
- I reply within 24 hours to confirm the apps, provider, domain, and temporary SSH access.
- I configure and test the server.
- You receive the handover document and pay after delivery.
